A mask for days when the skin looks dull, pores look more noticeable, makeup sits less evenly and the T-zone gets shiny sooner than usual. The creamy clay texture cleanses without stripping, so the mask works not only for combination and oily skin, but also for drier skin that needs a fresher, smoother surface without tightness. It spreads in a dense, even layer, does not dry down to a tight, uncomfortable finish and leaves the skin smooth, soft and fresh after rinsing.

Hectorite and kaolin are porous clays that help absorb excess sebum, dust and the leftover surface film from sunscreen, makeup and richer creams. This film can make T-zone shine more obvious, leave the complexion looking dull and make pores appear more prominent. Once it is washed away, the skin looks cleaner and fresher, the surface feels smoother and shine is reduced.

The enzyme complex of papaya extract and trypsin helps gently loosen the bonds between dead cells on the skin’s surface. When those bonds weaken, the cells shed more easily. This is useful when the complexion looks dull, greyish or tired, and the skin feels uneven or rough to the touch.

A rich lipid base cushions the drying effect of the clay. The mask is not built around the idea that matte skin has to feel stripped: it cleanses thoroughly while keeping the skin comfortable and soft after rinsing.
