Returns

If you would like to return a product, please contact us by email: webshop@garnet.ee.

Return conditions

The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days from receiving the order, provided that the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received. The packaging must be intact, and the product must not be opened or used.

For hygiene and cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned if the nature of the product does not allow return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Return process

To request a return, please send an email to webshop@garnet.ee and include your order number, buyer’s name and the reason for the return.

After the return has been agreed, the goods must be returned according to the instructions provided by the seller.

The direct costs related to returning the goods are covered by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is an incorrect or defective product.

Refunds

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

If the returned product has been used, damaged or is not in its original condition, the seller has the right to refuse the return or reduce the refunded amount according to the decrease in the product’s value.

Defective or incorrect product

If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible by email: webshop@garnet.ee. Please include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the product or issue.
