A targeted rich protective cream with a mineral silicate complex and an antibacterial ingredient.

An SOS barrier treatment for skin prone to irritation, redness, flaking and a burning sensation. Designed for targeted use around the mouth, along the sides of the nose and on the chin – areas where the skin often reacts to saliva, moisture, friction, wind, cold and temperature changes. It can be used as topical barrier support for perioral dermatitis, but it does not replace medical treatment prescribed by a doctor.

The rich protective texture forms a thin occlusive layer on the surface. This helps reduce contact between vulnerable skin and external irritants, limits moisture loss and creates a more supportive environment for the skin to recover.

The petrolatum and mineral oil base works like a protective patch: it does not absorb fully, but stays on the surface to shield areas that are easily irritated again. This is especially important around the mouth, where repeated contact with moisture can leave the skin red, flaky and highly reactive to standard skincare.

The mineral silicate complex contains magnesium and aluminium. It absorbs excess surface moisture, reduces friction and helps the cream stay in place for longer on inflamed areas. Zinc supports the skin’s natural repair processes and helps soothe irritation. It calms the skin, reduces feelings of itching, heat and tightness, and helps redness look less pronounced.

An antibacterial ingredient helps keep microorganisms under control on areas with a compromised protective barrier. This lowers the risk of repeated irritation and helps the skin return more quickly to a healthy-looking state.
