Description
A serum-textured exfoliating peel with mandelic acid, hyaluronic acid and bisabolol.
Closed comedones are not always visible from a distance, but they can often be felt as clusters of small bumps, particularly across the forehead. Cleansing removes excess surface sebum, yet the uneven texture remains because a dense mixture of sebum and keratinised cells accumulates inside the pores and cannot be removed by ordinary washing alone.
AHA AcnePeel G14 helps clear congested pores and gradually improve skin texture. It is suitable for all skin types, particularly oily and combination skin prone to closed comedones and sebaceous plugs around the forehead and nose.
Mandelic acid loosens the bonds between keratinised cells, allowing them to shed more effectively and reducing their accumulation at the openings of the pores. This helps clear sebaceous plugs, reduce the appearance of comedones and leave the skin smoother without mechanical exfoliation. Because mandelic acid has a relatively large molecular structure, it penetrates the skin more slowly than many other AHAs and is generally well tolerated.
The peel is also beneficial when active breakouts have subsided but uneven skin tone, rough texture and visible post-acne marks remain. With regular use, it helps improve the appearance of pigmentation, surface irregularities and fine superficial lines.
Hyaluronic acid, glycine and glycerin help bind water within the stratum corneum, supporting hydration and flexibility. Sweet orange juice helps condition and soften the skin. Bisabolol provides a soothing effect and helps reduce the discomfort that may accompany acid exfoliation. This combination makes the treatment more comfortable and helps limit excessive dryness and tightness.

Directions for use
The manufacturer recommends six pumps per treatment. Dispense the product into a peel bowl and apply it with a brush to cleansed facial skin, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Leave on for five minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Do not perform the peel if the skin is already irritated, painful to the touch or stings on contact with water. Wait until the skin barrier has fully recovered. After the treatment, apply a barrier-supporting moisturiser such as Sebucel, Neoderm or Nicream.
Use a gentle cleanser throughout the course of treatment. During the day, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 50 and reapply approximately every two hours while outdoors. Avoid deliberate sun exposure during the treatment course and for at least one week after the final application, as AHA exfoliation can increase the skin’s sensitivity to ultraviolet radiation.
