Description
A leave-on evening gel with arnica, zinc and hazelnut protein for oily and combination skin prone to breakouts.
Acne products are still often judged by a rather questionable standard: the more they sting and tighten the skin, the more effective they are assumed to be. As though drying the skin until it feels squeaky clean will make inflammation disappear along with excess shine. More often, the opposite happens: the skin remains oily but also becomes flaky, red and irritated. Anti-Akne Gel takes a gentler approach by helping to reduce sebum production, control bacterial activity and soothe already irritated skin.
The lightweight gel texture is free from heavy oils and silicones. It absorbs quickly, provides a mild cooling sensation and does not leave the skin feeling coated with a rich cream. Glycerin and pentylene glycol provide light hydration. Suitable for oily and combination skin with active breakouts.
Two active ingredients target excess shine: zinc and hazelnut protein. Together, they help reduce sebum production. Excess sebum causes the skin to become shiny more quickly, contributes to clogged pores and creates a favourable environment for bacterial proliferation. As a result, the skin stays matte for longer and new blemishes appear less frequently.
However, regulating sebum alone is not enough. As a blemish begins to develop, the surrounding skin may become red, itchy and tender. Arnica, bisabolol and lavender work together to soothe the inflamed area, reduce irritation and burning, diminish visible redness and help control bacterial activity.

Directions for use
In the evening, apply a thin layer to cleansed skin after toner.

Treat this gel as the active step in your skincare routine and follow with a moisturiser suited to your skin type. Sebucel is suitable for oily or combination skin. On normal skin, use the gel only as tolerated, applying it locally to areas with active blemishes, and follow with a nourishing cream such as Neoderm.
This gel is unlikely to be suitable for dry or sensitive skin. Before first use, perform a patch test on a small area. Do not interpret pronounced discomfort or tightness as evidence that the product is working. If intense burning occurs or the sensation persists, rinse the product off.
This formula contains hazelnut protein. Do not use the gel if you have a confirmed hazelnut allergy.
