Facial skincare is often selected with great care: a cleanser for a specific skin type, a moisturiser for an individual concern, as well as targeted serums and masks. Body care, however, is frequently limited to a conventional fragranced shower gel—and if the skin tolerates it well, this may not cause any problems.

Dry or sensitive skin requires a more considered approach. If the skin feels tight after showering and needs immediate moisturising, it may be beneficial to use a gentler cleansing product. Overly intensive cleansing can remove part of the skin’s protective lipids together with dirt and excess sebum. These lipids help limit water evaporation and are often already depleted in dry and atopy-prone skin.

The cleansing agents in SynCare Moisturising Shower Gel have been selected to cleanse effectively while minimising the removal of the skin’s natural lipids. Argan and sesame oils help soften dry areas, while glycerin and sodium lactate bind water within the stratum corneum. Maintaining adequate hydration in the outermost layer of the skin helps reduce sensations of dryness and tightness after washing.

The gel lathers well, spreads easily over the body and rinses off quickly. It has a light citrus and herbal fragrance. Suitable for the daily cleansing of normal, dry, sensitive and atopy-prone skin in adults and children. It may also be used for bathing infants with healthy, intact skin.
