Placing an Order
To order a product, add the desired items to your shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required fields and select your preferred delivery method. The final amount will then be displayed on the screen and can be paid via bank link or another available payment method. The purchase agreement enters into force once the payment is received in the online store’s bank account.
If it is not possible to deliver a product due to it being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and any paid amount, including delivery costs, will be refunded immediately but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, product Information and prices
Prices are displayed next to each product in the online store. The final price may include delivery charges, depending on the buyer’s location and the selected delivery method. Delivery charges are shown during the checkout process.
Information about each product is available in the product description section of the online store.
The sales agreement is considered valid when the buyer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email from the seller.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the order placed via the online store.
Opened cosmetic and perfume products cannot be returned. Nor can products be returned if their use or non-use cannot be verified.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
To return a product, the buyer must send an email to webshop@garnet.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to the product not matching the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the item within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the product has been handed over to the carrier within that period.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not guarantee exact product representation (e.g., packaging may differ due to manufacturer changes).
Once the returned goods are received, the online store will refund all payments made by the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal is received.
The online store may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or the buyer provides proof of return, whichever comes first.
If the buyer chooses a delivery method that differs from the cheapest option offered by the store, the store is not obliged to cover the additional costs.
The online store reserves the right to cancel the sale and request the return of goods if a pricing error has occurred, resulting in a significantly lower market price.
Direct marketing and Personal data processing
We use the buyer’s personal data (e.g., name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) solely for processing orders and delivering goods.
Personal data may be shared with delivery service providers to ensure successful shipping.
We send newsletters and promotional offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has consented to receive them by providing their email address on our website and confirming their wish to receive marketing materials.
The buyer can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by contacting us at webshop@garnet.ee or by following the instructions included in the promotional emails.
Right to submit complaints and resolve disputes
The online store is responsible for any lack of conformity or defects in the goods that were present at the time of delivery or become apparent within two years from delivery.
If a defect appears within the first six months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, and the burden of proof lies with the seller to prove otherwise.
If a defect occurs, the buyer must contact the online store no later than two months after discovering the issue by sending an email to webshop@garnet.ee.
The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over.
If the product purchased from the online store has a defect for which the seller is responsible, the product will be repaired or replaced. If repair or replacement is not possible, all related costs will be refunded.
A written response to the consumer complaint will be provided within 15 days.
If the buyer and online store cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The application form and conditions can be found by following the provided guidelines.
The committee resolves disputes between consumers and online shops free of charge.
Disputes can also be resolved via the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
